Jocelyn Greenky Herz, a Professor, honed her craft from her days as a senior executive at some of the world’s biggest names in media and consumer goods such as Hachette Filipacchi, Philip Morris, and Wenner Media to co-founding and leading companies as CEO or COO such as the international design and event firm, Colin Cowie Enterprises, Sider Road Media and start-up BriteBean Technology. Having worked with numerous corporate cultures big and small for 30 ys, Jocelyn bridges the gap between generations and cross cultures.

Her interest in the workplace flourished during her days at Philip Morris, where she managed the highly respected Virginia Slims Women’s Opinion Poll. Ms. Greenky focused a significant portion of the poll on such workplace topics including career opportunity and challenges, the glass ceiling, leadership qualities, benefits, salary and gender bias.

She co-authored the Simon & Schuster published international seller, The Big Sister’s Guide to the World of Work: The Inside Rules Every Girl Must Know and columnist for The Huffington Post, and highly sought-after speaker for Fortune 500 companies and leading universities including: Viacom, Kraft, General Foods, NYU, Syracuse, Drexel, Villanova, and Columbia. Jocelyn provides consultation and guidance to companies, executives and those rising in their career or transitioning back into the workforce on all things Workplace. She preaches three keys to workplace success:
