British Adventurer Rob Lilwall is best known for his three-year, 30,000 mile solo bicycle expedition from the Far Eastern edge of Russia to London via such wild corners of the world as Papua New Guinea, Tibet, Afghanistan and Iran. Along the way Lilwall camped at minus 40 degrees in Siberia, got robbed at gunpoint, survived the exotic jungles of Papua New Guinea, crossed the mountains of Tibet in winter and braved the lonely passes of Afghanistan. Lilwall is the author of Cycling Home From Siberia which was described by the Guardian as "a two wheeled classic" and he is also featured in a six-part TV series Cycling Home From Siberia with Rob Lilwall made by National Geographic Channel. Lilwall is a highly acclaimed motivational speaker and his message of extreme perseverance, creative problem solving and intentional networking has been well received by audiences around the world.
